A few things I have learned along the way

I am allergic to caffeine. As in, I feel almost bi-polar when I consume more than 4 CUPS of coffee or caffeinated items per WEEK.

If I eat junk for more than two days in a row my brain literally feels out of sorts and I feel off. Usually this happens when I am on my weekend. Why? I could not tell you, because I do not understand it myself!

Running. Oh running I use to be friends with you. Back in the skinny old days, ha! I understand it takes time to work the weight off after having Loralie, it would be nice to work it off faster however working 40 plus hours and trying to put as much effort into my family time as I possibly can leaves me with barely any time to work out. However it is a priority and I plan to act on it!

If you do not have a running buddy or have advice, I am all ears! I love advice and tips so please share!

Um, let's see...well my daughter is sure trying to crawl. She actually has crawled a few paces and fallen over. Oh how sweet it is to see her change and learn and grow. It is bittersweetness as I love her beautiful chubby cheeks and how big she is getting however I do have to say I miss my small munchkin. What a wonderful journey!

The salon is GREAT. One of the fine ladies I work with is having a BABY! All of us gals are so excited for our friend Lynda and I cannot wait to shower her with gifts...especially if it is a girl! I will finally have someone to take Loralie's old things!

Husband is doing grand, working, working working but grand. He thinks it will slow down here in the next month so I am quite hopeful that I can have a more coherent conversation. I am not complaining as I know that the job he has right now is not an easy one and there are many new things he is having to learn and adapt to. He is learning that pleasing everyone is not the answer.

Along the lines of pleasing everyone, are you ever tempted to please everyone around you? Is it not tempting to make the ones you care about happy? Oh, life and situations can sure get you into a predicament if you over-commit! Sometimes I think that we need to over-commit just to see how far we can push ourselves before knowing our limits.

Well, there are about 4-ish months left of 2010. That means that I have roughly 4 months to lose the remaining weight from having Lolo before it has been a YEAR since having her. Which means Loralie will be ONE in January. I have sooo many ideas. I have already started on a few invitations with some left over card stock I was gifted a while back. Perhaps I will put photos up soon?

I can see I am getting more readers, how delightful and thank you all for your snippits of GREAT encouragement. God sure does send the words we need to hear just in the correct timing!

Blessings to you all...and again if you have advice on running or any crafy-type things or well, anything please share!

Good. Night. :-)
