You might ask what's up?
My response...
ALOT!
First of all, I got a job! I started last Thursday. The salon is pretty fantastic and the gals are pretty sweet. It is as busy as my last job at Supercuts was, but it is NOT Supercuts. P.T.L.
Anyhow, I am still adjusting to the 30 minute drive and waking early enough to prepare Rory's stuff and my lunch along with baking and cooking meals for the evenings. It is a little rough trying to learn to be a working mama, but so far it is going really well.
Might I just say how amazing God is? He hears our prayers! I have to testify that this last month has been a trial by faith, and through praising God and constantly thanking Him for his provision and focusing on all that He has done has helped husband, Rory and I get by. Last week when we heard that I got the job Husband and I began to praise God! This is all to His glory!
Also, Husband and I have some really fantastic friends who have committed to watching Rory during the day. I sure do miss her, but know that they are watching her and close by has helped ease my sadness of leaving her. I am so thankful for you two, if you read this!
Next, I must say a special thanks for my Husband! We went to eat with our friends this afternoon after church and then came home. I went to change and meant to go back out to help with chores and whatnot, but I laid down just to see if I was sleepy. I was. Husband let me sleep for two and a half hours while watching our munchkin, did the dishes, laundry and picked up the house! What a fantastic man!
Lastly, you may have read that I (and husband) are making an effort and even really a lifestyle change to eat foods without preservatives, additives and pre-made things. It is going, and we are so excited!! Some days are more successful than others, but we are sure that this is what we need to do. I especially have felt God putting this on my heart. Please pray with me and if you would like to know more information on what the Graves' Casa is doing to be healthier feel free to ask! My email is michellegraves6@gmail.com
Blessings to you, and hopefully you have a spouse as amazing as mine!
